As temporary staff are employees of Monarch Personnel, we undertake full responsibility for wages, WorkCover, superannuation, payroll tax, public liability and professional indemnity insurances. Temporary staff are placed with you on a specified hourly rate, determined by Federal Awards, so you pay only for the hours worked, with no other outlay.
