Office Manager

We are seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic team member with proven experience in Office Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • To oversee  functions within the organisation's finance and accounting department.
  • Complete company BAS
  • Oversee the payroll process and be backup for processing
  • Undertake accounts payable and receivable duties
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  •  Overseeing company IT systems
  • Taking care of Human Resources 

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Have a friendly and engaging personality
  • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Experienced in Payroll / HR 
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
