COMPLIANCE / HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for an experienced candidate to work in the Human Resources area of a local well established organisation in Shepparton.
DUTIES INCLUDE: (but not limited to)
- managing job recruitment.
- devloping, promoting and enforcing personnel policies
- facilitating staff training and development and inductions
- providing guidance regarding staff disciplinary actions
- serving as a primary contact for worksite injuries or accidents
- payroll
- health and safety compliance
- quality assurance
- document control
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people, whilst maintaining a strong customer focus
- Highly developed computer skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of privacy requirements and the sensitivity of working with confidential information
- Current drivers licence 24
