SENIOR PAYROLL OFFICER
We are currently seeking applicants who are looking for a full time role with a major focus on payroll within the Manufacturing Sector.
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Setting up and maintaining employee files
- Drafting employment contracts
- Processing weekly payroll and all legal requirements
- Completing month end transactions
- Administer workcover claims
- Annual wage budgeting
- Audit and accounting reporting
- Year end payroll processes
REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong excel skills
- Ability to lead, mentor and develop a small team
- Ideally experience with Kronos payroll system both Time in and Attendance and Workforce Ready would be an advantage
