Reception / Administration

Responsibilities 

  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Answering and directing of incoming phone calls in an efficient and professional manner
  • Booking appointments 
  • Provide high quality level of customer service at reception
  • Have great time management skills
  • General Administration skills
  • Ordering of office supplies

The successful applicant will need;

  • Previous reception and administration experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Outgoing caring personality
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
