Office Manager
We are seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic team member with proven experience in Office Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- To oversee functions within the organisation's finance and accounting department.
- Complete company BAS
- Oversee the payroll process and be backup for processing
- Undertake accounts payable and receivable duties
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Overseeing company IT systems
- Taking care of Human Resources
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
- Have a friendly and engaging personality
- Comprehensive understanding of Accounting
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Experienced in Payroll / HR
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
