Medical Receptionist
Experienced Medical Receptionist required for a temporary part time role.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Reception.
- Phone duties.
- Liaising with doctors and patients.
- Processing payments including Eftpos.
- Medicare claims.
- Making and confirming appointments.
- General administration duties.
REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE:
- Flexibility required to accommodate doctors consulting days.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior medical reception / administration skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Being able to Multi task.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Work unsupervised.
