Service Desk Officer
We are sourcing suitable applicants to work within a Corporate Services Division in a 6 month full time role. You will be required to provide accurate information on business technology products and support which meets user and business requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Responding to enquiries within the required time.
- Communicate to users the progress of inquiries from receipt to closure, with the ability to provide information in both technical and non technical terms.
- Identify and advise the ICT Service Desk Manager of inquiries.
- Understand and comply to organisational policies and procedures.
- Provide reports on works carried out.
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
- Proficient in IT.
- Highly advanced communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a timely manner.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Works well within a team environment.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Current Police Check.
