Service Desk Officer

We are sourcing suitable applicants to work within a Corporate Services Division in a 6 month full time role. You will be required to provide accurate information on business technology products and support which meets user and business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Responding to enquiries within the required time.
  • Communicate to users the progress of inquiries from receipt to closure, with the ability to provide information in both technical and non technical terms.
  • Identify and advise the ICT Service Desk Manager of inquiries.
  • Understand and comply to organisational policies and procedures.
  • Provide reports on works carried out.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient in IT.
  • Highly advanced communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a timely manner.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Works well within a team environment.
  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Current Police Check.
