The main purpose of this role is provide prompt, accurate and inclusive costings and site files to support the construction team.

REPONSIBILITIES INCIDE:

• Create job files, billing schedules and orders to reflect contract documentation.
• Ensure all construction documentation and relevant information is up to date. 
• Follow up pricing for non-standard or quoted items included in contracts.
• Promptly review all site requests for Extra to Schedule materials.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive Bill of Quantities and purchase orders in accordance with the approved and nominated timelines.
• Complete margin reporting.
• REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE
• Two years experience in the residential or volume building industry
• Cert IV in Building & Construction or a willingness to undertake
• A qualified tradesperson
• Must be up - to date with bylaws and regulations (Australian Standards)
• Computer literacy
• Good numeracy skills
