FINANCIAL ADVISOR - ADMIN ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Providing back office and ongoing support to Financial Adviser
  • Manage client reviews and reports
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide clients with optimal service

REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE

  • solid understanding of the financial planning industry.
  • Exceptional client service management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to prioritise workflow and work autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills
