Administration Assistant/Shared Reception

The suitable applicant will require proficiency in the requirements of this permanent full time role.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • To undertake duties within the Administration office including: Reception, Customer Service, Payroll, Leave requirements, Superannuation, Personal file management, Workcover payments, End of year processing, Cash book, Debtor & Creditor management.
  • Preparation of accounts to BAS for associated companies within the organisation.
  • Supporting the Export department as required.
  • Assisting the HR department as required.
  • Tracking of incoming stock and preparation of daily reports.
  • Answering phones and managing a busy switchboard whilst undertaking other clerical duties.
  • Processing documentation.

REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Demonstrated ability to use a basic accounting software - Xero.
  • Completing Payroll on a weekly basis including deduction management, superannuation and end of year.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Professionalism and confidentiality.
