Practice Manager
A temporary role with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right applicant for the clinic.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Day to day operation of the clinic- including Human Resource & performance management, financial management, IT, risk & facilities management
- Provide high quality customer service
- Manage & lead the administrative team, allocating work responsibilities & providing direction
- Develop & implement continuous improvement mechanisms
- Coordinate regular reconciliation of all accounts
- Manage the clinic's financial, payroll & account processes
- Implement & maintain polices & procedures
REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in autonomous management, preferably in the health sector.
- Demonstrated understanding of the intricacies & complexities of practice management.
- Demonstrated ability to create, implement & process high quality systems in a fast paced clinical environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively & sensitively with a diverse range of people, both verbally & written.
- Strong leadership & team building skills
- Highly developed management, organisational & customer service skills.
- Confidence to problem solve & take responsibility.
- Ability to coordinate & undertake key administrative functions
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 plus 9.5% superannuation
