Group Assistant - Administration (Re Advertised)

With great initiative and utilising your skill set, you will be directly assisting the manager and all team members, in completing all tasks required.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

  • Organising the day to day work flow of your team to ensure targets are met.
  • Ability to develop the role further which will assist your team.
  • Reception duties.
  • Printing & Binding documents.
  • Data entry and maintaining data bases.
  • Filing, banking and any other tasks as requested by the team.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & similar.
  • Effective time management and planning skills.
  • Experienced with BAS lodgement. 
  • Accounts Receivable.
  • Friendly and outgoing.
  • Professional and a good work ethic.
