Group Assistant - Administration (Re Advertised)
With great initiative and utilising your skill set, you will be directly assisting the manager and all team members, in completing all tasks required.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Organising the day to day work flow of your team to ensure targets are met.
- Ability to develop the role further which will assist your team.
- Reception duties.
- Printing & Binding documents.
- Data entry and maintaining data bases.
- Filing, banking and any other tasks as requested by the team.
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & similar.
- Effective time management and planning skills.
- Experienced with BAS lodgement.
- Accounts Receivable.
- Friendly and outgoing.
- Professional and a good work ethic.
