Bookkeeper

Our client is looking for an experience and motivated bookkeeper to join their team 2 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Data Entry
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable & accounts receivable
  • Reconciling income, expenditure and bank statements
  • Preparing BAS and Superannuation
  • Managing accounts and fee updates, as well as generating and releasing monthly statements with 100% accuracy
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Assisting management with financial administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE:

  • MUST be proficient in Xero
  • Be able to work as a part of a team and autonomously
  • Strong literacy, numeracy and computer skills
