Practice Business Manager
We are sourcing an experienced Practice Business Manager to work within a family owned and operated business in Shepparton. An immediate start required for this full time role.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Develop and review clinic policies and procedures with relevant Directors.
- Staff Rostering.
- Organise Recruitment & Selection.
- Staff Training & Development.
- Oversee the ongoing performance management of all team members.
- Oversee Accounts and Finance department.
- Develop and monitor KPI's and budgets.
REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE:
- Accounting / Finance experience Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll.
- Excellent Communication Skills - oral and written.
- Experience in Development & Training.
- Excellent Leadership Skills.
- Proficient in IT.
- Good Time Management.
- Marketing experience.
- Very personable and professional.
This role requires suitability for a 7 day roster system.
