Practice Business Manager

We are sourcing an experienced Practice Business Manager to work within a family owned and operated business in Shepparton.  An immediate start required for this full time role.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Develop and review clinic policies and procedures with relevant Directors.
  • Staff Rostering.
  • Organise Recruitment & Selection.
  • Staff Training & Development.
  • Oversee the ongoing performance management of all team members.
  • Oversee Accounts and Finance department.
  • Develop and monitor KPI's and budgets.

REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Accounting / Finance experience Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll.
  • Excellent Communication Skills - oral and written.
  • Experience in Development & Training.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills.
  • Proficient in IT.
  • Good Time Management.
  • Marketing experience.
  • Very personable and professional.

This role requires suitability for a 7 day roster system.
