ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - Wednesday and Friday

DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Meet and greet clients
  • Direct incoming calls
  • Bookings of client appointments and referrals
  • filling out the electronic PDF Medicare vouchers
  • General administration tasks - filing, typing letters etc

SKILLS NEEDED

  • Must have medical experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Well presented
  • Someone who can work as part of a team as well as individually

This position is initially for 2 days per week, Wednesday and Friday.  Hours 1pm to 6.30pm.
