ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - Wednesday and Friday
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Meet and greet clients
- Direct incoming calls
- Bookings of client appointments and referrals
- filling out the electronic PDF Medicare vouchers
- General administration tasks - filing, typing letters etc
SKILLS NEEDED
- Must have medical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Well presented
- Someone who can work as part of a team as well as individually
This position is initially for 2 days per week, Wednesday and Friday. Hours 1pm to 6.30pm.
