CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR
The Client Services Coordinator role is based in Shepparton at a local Public Practice Accounting Firm.
We are looking for someone with a great can-do attitude and the ability to multi-task and have great time management skills.
The position involves:
- Liaising with clients and assisting with coordination of firm workflow
- Maintaining client database
- Internal systems process improvement, Systems writing and updating
- Appointments Management (meetings and calls) with clients, prospects and others
- Following up with the client accounts
- Dealing with client tax office correspondence, including forwarding as required
- Preparing checklists of information required for clients
- Reviewing and checking client documents
- Scanning client’s information before the job is started
- Contacting clients for any missing information
- Advising on any income tax assessments variations
- Printing and binding of finalised documents
- ATO Lodgments
- Office workflow
- Scheduling annual work to meet client needs and achieve efficient resource management
- Monitoring workflow
