The General Manager of Client Services delivery is based in Shepparton at a local Public Practice Accounting Firm. 

We are looking for an experienced person that has senior manager roles in the past and has excellent Accounting knowledge and leadership skills.  

The Position involves: 

• High-level client tax and business advice
• Guidance and mentoring for accountants
• New client on boarding
• Management of team training plans
• Management of Process improvement projects
• Direct input to the strategic business direction

For the right person this is a Senior Managers role with equity participation opportunities

Managing / directing two teams of accountants both of which have team leaders.
