GENERAL MANAGER

Health Sector small business based in Shepparton area is looking for a General Manager.

This business has developed a reputation of unsurpassed service and good old fashion honesty since it was established over 13 years. Over the years they have expanded their range of products and now cover all areas of the assistive technology market and provide a one stop shop for all necessary needs from daily living, powered mobility devices or home modifications.

We are looking for candidates to apply that have:

  • Positive can-do attitude 
  • Experience in small business management
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Ability to build and develop a team and operate independently within set Budgets & KPI’s

Tasks include:

  • Develop and support team to implement all aspects of a small independent Retail business
  • OH&S and compliance management
  • Develop & Implement Policies & Procedures
  • Staff rosters & staff training programs 
  • Stock Control 
  • Identifying and developing new revenue stream
  • Stay abreast with new developments & products within the assistive technology sector
  • Customer relation
