Executive Assistant (Temp Placement)

The Executive Assistant role requires an extremely motivated person, with extensive administration skills, who is proficient in their work and able to remain focused whilst working in a busy CEO’s Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Various administration tasks including the management of the CEO’s diary and phone calls
  • Minute Taking - including the preparation and distribution of minutes and agendas.
  • Making appropriate arrangements for meetings
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner
  • Support the collation and delivery of CEO and board reporting

REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Be able to demonstrate high level competency in Microsoft Suite of products
  • Experience in marketing and communications would be highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant desirable, however not essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a changing environment, as one day is unlikely to be the same as the next
  • Ability to work independently, as well as work in a team.
  • National Police Check & Working with Children Check
  • Experience & knowledge in the health sector would be an advantage.
