Executive Assistant

Our client is a large regional health organisation and is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the organisation on a short term basis.

The duties of the role will include:

  • Diary Management for two senior executive officers
  • Call and mail management
  • Organisation of meetings including preparation of agendas and papers, and other requirements
  • Minute taking and distribution of minutes, action lists and other reports as required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Previous experience as EA or PA
  • Effective and efficient management of workload, including ability to prioritise tasks in line with organisational goals.
  • Experienced Minute Taker
  • Ability to work independently
  • Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable
  • Drivers Licence
