Executive Assistant
Our client is a large regional health organisation and is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the organisation on a short term basis.
The duties of the role will include:
- Diary Management for two senior executive officers
- Call and mail management
- Organisation of meetings including preparation of agendas and papers, and other requirements
- Minute taking and distribution of minutes, action lists and other reports as required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Previous experience as EA or PA
- Effective and efficient management of workload, including ability to prioritise tasks in line with organisational goals.
- Experienced Minute Taker
- Ability to work independently
- Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Attention to detail
- Reliable
- Drivers Licence
