Office Administration

We have a number of clients looking for Administration Workers, these roles vary from part-time to full-time hours. We are looking for dynamic people with positive can-do attitudes.

 

Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience in Microsoft Office programs 
  • Strong administration skills
  • Friendly personality
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Accounting software experience would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable

Duties includes (but not limited to):

  • Reception (meeting and greeting customers) 
  • Answering the phone 
  • Responding to customer enquiries by phone & email
  • Data entry into internal systems for invoicing and other matters
