Office Administration
We have a number of clients looking for Administration Workers, these roles vary from part-time to full-time hours. We are looking for dynamic people with positive can-do attitudes.
Skills & Attributes:
- Experience in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong administration skills
- Friendly personality
- Strong communication skills
- Accounting software experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable
Duties includes (but not limited to):
- Reception (meeting and greeting customers)
- Answering the phone
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone & email
- Data entry into internal systems for invoicing and other matters
