APPRENTICE SUPPORT OFFICER

ABOUT YOU:
You will need to be a positive, self starter with a passion for building and maintaining key relationships within the community. You will need to:
- have good time management and organisational skills, along with the ability to plan and prioritise to achieve outcomes
- have exceptional customer service skills and well developed interpersonal skills
- be able to work autonomously with integrity and as part of a team
- be results driven with a focus on KPIs and continuous improvement
- have good IT skills, ability to use databases as well as the suite of microsoft products
- be open to change and committed to personal and professional growth
- have a current drivers licence
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide clear, efficient and quality information about Australian Apprenticeships
- Manage time effectively to maximise productivity in scheduling signups, attend routine visitis and sales / marketing activities
- Be willing to learn and stay up to date with legislation, policies and procedures to deliver the best service
- Address customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate advice and information
- Identify potential issues impacting apprentices and promptly assist with issues that may arise
Previous experience is not essential, but knowledge of VET sector and Australian Apprenticeship Sector would be an advantage
