Administration Officer
The successful candidate will have very high attention to detail and the ability to multi task.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintenance and upkeep of the customer information data base.
- Weekly client invoicing procedures for the business including checking of data for accuracy and completeness
- Working with other departments to ensure all information is captured for invoicing proceures
- Following up client invoice queries and resolving the query.
- Follow up of outstanding invoices as necessary
- Assisting the customer service teams with day-to-day operations as required
- Other administration duties as requested by manager
The successful applicant will need;
- High level attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ability to use initiative and ask questionsÂ
- Excellent computer skills and exposure to accounting programs
- A positive can do attitude
