Administration Officer

The successful candidate will have very high attention to detail and the ability to multi task.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Maintenance and upkeep of the customer information data base.
  • Weekly client invoicing procedures for the business including checking of data for accuracy and completeness
  • Working with other departments to ensure all information is captured for invoicing proceures
  • Following up client invoice queries and resolving the query.
  • Follow up of outstanding invoices as necessary
  • Assisting the customer service teams with day-to-day operations as required
  • Other administration duties as requested by manager

The successful applicant will need;

  • High level attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi task
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to use initiative and ask questions 
  • Excellent computer skills and exposure to accounting programs
  • A positive can do attitude
