Admin Scheduler

We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated person to join a growing local business as an Admin Scheduler. The role will work within the service department working with technicians, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure good customer service is provided.

The role is full-time and will work in the office environment from Monday to Friday with the hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm each day with a 30 minute lunch break.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a service administration role would be advantageous
  • Ability to communicate with the various stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent record keeping skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Good computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Previous experience with estimating software is an advantage
