Admin Officer
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Administration Officer who is organised and detail oriented to join our clients local business as a maternity replacement for one of their exceptional administration team.
The successful candidate will plan a role in managing the administrative processes for a team of trades people. The daily tasks will include but not be limited to helping with scheduling, issuing of purchase orders, processing job cards, employee timecards and through to customer invoices.
The role will work full-time hours Monday to Friday each week. The term of the contract could be variable but is likely to be for a period of 6 to 12 months for the successful candidate.
Key Atttributes & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications - Excel, Word & Outlook
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High level attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Previous experience in administration, invoicing or data entry is preferred
- Reliable, adaptable and willing to learn new systems and skills.
- Current drivers licence.
