Administration Support
The successful candidate will be a motivated team player with a professional persona.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Answering and directing of incoming phone calls in an efficient and professional manner
- Provide high quality level of customer service at reception
- Maintain client and business data base in accordance with management guidelines
- Assistant with the preparation of forms, agreements and other documents as required
- Manage diary entry and follow ups
- Prepare documents for bookkeeper and accountants
- Other administration duties as requested by Advisers and Para Planners.
The successful applicant will need;
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ability to use initiative and ask questions
- Confident in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
- A positive can do attitude
