Administration Support

The successful candidate will be a motivated team player with a professional persona. 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answering and directing of incoming phone calls in an efficient and professional manner
  • Provide high quality level of customer service at reception
  • Maintain client and business data base in accordance with management guidelines
  • Assistant with the preparation of forms, agreements and other documents as required
  • Manage diary entry and follow ups 
  • Prepare documents for bookkeeper and accountants 
  • Other administration duties as requested by Advisers and Para Planners.

The successful applicant will need;

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to use initiative and ask questions 
  • Confident in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • A positive can do attitude
