Administration Officer
We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated person to join a growing local business as an Administration Officer. The role will work within the service department working with technicians, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure good customer service is provided.
The role is full-time and will work in the office environment from Monday to Friday.
Role Duties:
- Invoicing of customer jobs, including collation of necessary task documentation;
- Assisting in end of month processes regarding closing out of jobs by entry of costs and other information.
- Scheduling of tasks for technicians to ensure appropriate allocations for task to be completed.
- General assistance and coverage of other admin team members during periods of leave.
- Working with clients to acheive outcomes to queries or requests.
- General administration duties including reception tasks and other admin tasks as allocated by management.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Administration experience including exposure to sales invoicing
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently whilst also contributing to team goals.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite as well as exposure/experience in the use of Xero
- High level attention to detail and good record keeping skills
- Excellent time management skills and understanding of prioritisation of tasks
