Customer Service Officer
We have two great opportunities with a local Shepparton organisation to join the Customer Service & Experience Team.
These roles are customer facing and are part-time only (25 hours over 4 days) with each role requiring the candidate to work either a Friday and Saturday or Sunday and Monday as part of their 4 days per week.
These roles are located in Shepparton and the hours of work will be during the day.
Duties include:
- Front of House Operations - including taking and responding to customer enquiries, assist with customer requests, and recording of information within customer management systems.
- Assist with the creation and maintaining of retail displays, including rotation of stock, cleaning of displays and other tasks as required.
- End of Day Procedures including undertaking of daily reconciliations for banking and EFTPOS transactions
- General duties as directed by management team from time to time.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good customer service skills
- Experience within a busy retail or customer service setting.
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn about product offering
- Interest in visual arts and crafts
