Admin Support - Junior Role
We are looking for someone with great work ethic, reliable, and a can-do positive attitude. Passionate, friendly team player with excellent computer skills & willing to learn new skills.
Our client is an accounting planning firm based in Shepparton Victoria. We are on the lookout for a part-time Administration Junior Assistant to join our diverse team, building our brand and growing with us.
Working closely with the Administration Team the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration support to the team, servicing our wonderful clients and building the success of others and importantly yourself.
To be successful in this role, you require the following skills:
- Ability to work in a service industry
- Effective task organisation and time management
- Strong customer service aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office and database usage
- Previous experience in a customer service and administrative role is highly regarded.
