A well established, family owned business in Shepparton is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join their team as a Warehouse & Inventory Officer.

The successful candidate will commence as a casual with the potential for the role to become a full-time ongoing role.

Duties will include:

• Receiving of all incoming goods as per system and business requirements
• Maintaining stock levels in conjuction with the Production & Sales Teams
• Maintain and update product information with in systems
• Shipping and receiving - receive, unload and organise incoming stock and materials. Inspection of deliveries to ensure that there is no damage or discrepancies.
• Assist with the purchasing and management of of inventory levels in order to meet business requirements, conducting of regular stock takes and reporting/investigating variances found.
• Liaising with Freight and Logistics companies regarding delivery schedules, pricing and timing of freight pick ups.

Candidate Requirements:

• Be able to show initiative and problem solve
• Work independently 
• Previous experience in a similar role 
• Sound computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Physically fit 
• Forklift License would be an advantage
• Current drivers license
