Administration Officer
The Administration Officer will be capable of working independently and within a team environment. This an adaptive role that offers wide variety as no two days are the same. The role will vary in hours and days each week but will be a minimum of 2-3 days with some weeks requiring the candidate to work full-time as leave coverage of other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable
- Checking paperwork
- Invoicing
- Assisting with payroll preparation - calculation and checking of job card calculations, entering of hours and other data into timesheets
- General Office Admin Duties
Skills & Attributes Required:
- Xero experience preferred
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office products
- Previous administration experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Great work ethic and time management skills
