Temporary Admin Support x 2
We are working with a client in Shepparton to assist in some experienced administration coverage for their business. We are looking for two candidates to full these roles. With one role for approximately 5 weeks and the other role for approximately 2 months.
Knowledge & Experience Required in:
- Strong Communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong level of computer literacy.
- High level of attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
Some of the Tasks Include:
- Provide high level administration support to various team leaders and business unit managers
- Raising of purchase orders, processing of invoices and credit card statements for related transactions to the teams requirements
- Entry of data and other documents into organisational management information systems.
- Other duties as required.
