Temporary Admin Support x 2

We are working with a client in Shepparton to assist in some experienced administration coverage for their business. We are looking for two candidates to full these roles. With one role for approximately 5 weeks and the other role for approximately 2 months.

Knowledge & Experience Required in:

  • Strong Communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong level of computer literacy.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.

Some of the Tasks Include: 

  • Provide high level administration support to various team leaders and business unit managers
  • Raising of purchase orders, processing of invoices and credit card statements for related transactions to the teams requirements
  • Entry of data and other documents into organisational management information systems.
  • Other duties as required.
